With years of experience the beauty industry, she brings creativity and expertise to every haircut. Fluent in Spanish, she loves connecting with clients from all backgrounds, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and valued in her chair. When she's not in the salon, you'll find her sharing special moments with her daughters, inspiring her artistry with their playful spirits.

Ear Piercer and Nail Artist
Hello my name is Kimberly! I love the proud feeling that little people get when they conquer their fears and get their ears pierced! I also love to get creative when doing nail art. Whether it’s classy and simple or fun and fierce, I am your girl! I have two bundles of joy, Robyn and Raven, who keep me going on my days off. We love to explore new parks, go to the library or enjoy a nice walk. You can find me doing earlobe piercings and nail services! I am excited to be a part of this team and love to meet new faces!

Receptionist and Social Media Manager
Hi, I’m Brinnan! I love being a friendly, familiar face for our families that come to the salon. I have been working with children for years, helping them feel comfortable, supported, and confident and it is such a pleasure that I can do that here as well! In my free time, I’m a total bookworm who also loves board games and painting. I’m currently learning ASL and enjoy finding new ways to connect with others. I also have two dogs, Finn and Ollie, who love to play and rough house together. I’m so excited to be part of this team and can’t wait to meet you!

Owner and Founder
Hi! I'm Karissa and I am the Owner and Founder of Curious Curls Kids Salon.
I grew up in Oregon and I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies and Business from the University of Oregon!

Curious Curls is inspired by my own curious and curly-haired children,
Cassius (11), Eden (5) and Liya (2)! I am in love with this business and creating fun and memorable experiences for children and their families. We are so grateful for each and every family who visits our salon.
You can find me in the salon all day Saturday and Sunday cleaning, doing braids, hair tinsel, ear piercing and hosting birthday parties! During the week, I chase after my little ones and run all of the behind-the-scenes salon operations from home!
